Origin Green have collaborated with Uisce Éireann to offer the Enhanced Certified Water Steward Training for companies using >10,000 m3 of public supply per annum. The programme supports business customers with training on how to lower water consumption and reduce operating costs while also protecting the environment.
The programme is aimed at those responsible for Water Management within their company and has the dual target of developing trainee skills at an individual level and delivering tangible impacts at the site level.

Module 1 – Introduction to Water Stewardship
Module 2 – Water Mapping of your Business
Module 3 – Water Conservation and Quick Wins at your site
Module 4 – Developing Strategy and an Action Plan
Online mentoring and support workshops for the development of your water charter as well as providing peer to peer learning opportunities
All participants will prepare a Water Charter for their facility. The charter will capture the business case for action, the site’s water map, water saving opportunities and an agreed action plan.
Please note: Upon successful completion of three micro-credentials, learners are eligible for a QQI Level 7 Certificate (accredited by the University of Limerick).
