Programme Overview

The Certified in Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC)programme is designed for professionals who want to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain transformation projects. Delivered by an APIC-recognised instructor, this course equips participants with the strategic, technical, digital and analytical skills needed to drive innovation and resilience in modern supply chains

Learning Outcomes

By completing the CTSC programme, participants will:

  • Identify risks and opportunities, and select the appropriate frameworks, models and approaches to effect transformation
  • Apply systems thinking to develop, analyse and validate concept alternatives for transformation
  • Manage skills, roles, responsibilities and infrastructure needed for successful supply chain transformation
  • Identify tools and technologies to enable effective supply chain transformation
  • Identify and implement strategies for reinforcing and replicating improvements
  • Prepare effectively for the APICS CTSC certification exam

  • Module 1:  Supply Chain Transformation Overview 
  • Module 2:  Preparing for Supply Chain Transformation 
  • Module 3:  Executing Supply Chain Transformation 
  • Module 4:  Review of Supply Chain Transformation 

Duration: 8 weeks (15 x 2-hour webinars)

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays | 7:00 – 9:00PM (Dublin/London Time)

Delivery: Blended – Live Online Webinars, plus Online Access for 1 year to APICS CTSC e-Learning System

Exams and Certification

Exams: The exam must be taken within 12 months of the course start date, but IPICS recommend taking the exam 6-12 weeks post the course completion date. The exams can be taken in an Exam Centre (Many located throughout Ireland) or online at home/office overseen by a Proctor.  A free retake exam is available if needed and included in the price.  

Certification: The awarding body for certification is the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). 

ESF+ Funding

Sustainable Enterprise Skillnet is co-funding places on this programme through ESF+ funding.

  • Funded places are limited and can only be granted to eligible learners, subject to availability. To be eligible, you must:
    • Be employed in the private sector in Republic of Ireland
    • You must complete the required ESF+ Profile Form (used to collect essential participant information required for ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus) funding compliance).
 
Participant Contact:
With ESF+ funding, there is a requirement for regular contact between you and Sustainable Enterprise Skillnet, participants will be contacted at three key points:
  • Before the course begins (To complete the required ESF+ Profile Form)
  • Within four weeks after course completion (For feedback, progress and status reporting)
  • Six months following the course (For progress and status reporting)
Your timely participation at all stages is essential to maintain eligibility.
 
Registration and Access Requirements:
Once your registration on the Sustainable Enterprise Skillnet website is received and your eligibility is verified, you will receive two items via email:
  1. Microsoft ESF+ Forms Profile form
  2. payment link – Full payment is made at least five working days prior to the start of the programme.
Both must be completed in order to gain access to the course.
