Programme Overview

Designed by APICS, the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) programme equips supply chain professionals with the skills necessary to understand and manage increasingly complex Supply Chain networks. Building on your existing experience and SCM qualifications, the CSCP designation consolidates your knowledge and expertise and provides you with an internationally recognised supply chain certification. 

Learning Outcomes

By completing the CSCP programme, participants will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain activities 
  • Gain practical knowledge to manage global supply chain networks and relationships 
  • Apply best practices in demand management, sourcing, operations, logistics, and sustainability
  • Leverage technology and optimisation techniques to drive supply chain performance 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks 
  • Prepare effectively for the APICS CSCP certification exam

Duration: 10 weeks (20 x 2-hour webinars)

Time: Monday & Wednesdays | 7:00 – 9:00PM (Dublin/London Time)

Delivery: Blended – Live Online Webinars, plus Online Access for 1 year to APICS CSCP e-Learning System

Exams and Certification

Exams: The exam must be taken within 12 months of the course start date, but IPICS recommend taking the exam 6-12 weeks post the course completion date. The exams can be taken in an Exam Centre (Many located throughout Ireland) or online at home/office overseen by a Proctor.  A free retake exam is available if needed and included in the price.  

Certification: The awarding body for certification is the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). 

ESF+ Funding

Sustainable Enterprise Skillnet is co-funding places on this programme through ESF+ funding.
  • Funded places are limited and can only be granted to eligible learners, subject to availability. To be eligible, you must:
    • Be employed in the private sector in Republic of Ireland
    • You must complete the required ESF+ Profile Form (used to collect essential participant information required for ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus) funding compliance).
 
Participant Contact:
With ESF+ funding, there is a requirement for regular contact between you and Sustainable Enterprise Skillnet, participants will be contacted at three key points:
  • Before the course begins (To complete the required ESF+ Profile Form)
  • Within four weeks after course completion (For feedback, progress and status reporting)
  • Six months following the course (For progress and status reporting)
Your timely participation at all stages is essential to maintain eligibility.
 
Registration and Access Requirements:
Once your registration on the Sustainable Enterprise Skillnet website is received and your eligibility is verified, you will receive two items via email:
  1. Microsoft ESF+ Forms Profile form
  2. payment link – Full payment is made at least five working days prior to the start of the programme.
Both must be completed in order to gain access to the course.
